Once you have purchased Certo iPhone you will shortly receive a confirmation email. This email will contain download links for the software and user guide, as well as your unique license key. The user guide fully explains the installation and scanning process.

Sometimes our confirmation emails get marked as spam by certain email providers.  Please check your junk/spam folder. If you still cannot find the confirmation email, please submit a support ticket using the form on this page.

Certo iPhone is a Windows and Mac application that works by scanning an iTunes backup of your device and does not require you to install any new apps on your iPhone or iPad.  Please install Certo iPhone on a Windows or Mac computer.

The minimum system requirements for Certo iPhone are:

Processor (CPU): 1GHz or faster
Memory (RAM): 512MB or more
Hard Disk: 100MB of available space
Display: Graphics card and monitor capable of at least 800×600
Network: Internet connection required
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Vista SP1 / Mac OS X 10.10 or later
iTunes Version: 10.5 or above

To change your license key, launch the Certo application and then click ‘Manage License’ on the Welcome screen. Click ‘Update Key’ and enter your new license key.
