Once you have purchased Certo iPhone you will shortly receive a confirmation email. This email will contain download links for the software and user guide, as well as your unique license key. The user guide fully explains the installation and scanning process.

Certo iPhone is a Windows and Mac application that works by scanning an iTunes backup of your device and does not require you to install any new apps on your iPhone or iPad. Please install Certo iPhone on a Windows or Mac computer.
Firstly, please check that iTunes is installed on your computer. If iTunes is installed, please ensure you have backed-up your device in iTunes. The backup folder is created the first time a backup is performed.
