In this article we explain what to do if you have not received your one-time code when trying to sign-in to your account.

When signing-in to your Certo account via our website, we will send a one-time code to your email address to make the sign-in process as simple and secure as possible.

If you do not receive this code then firstly please ensure you have typed your email address correctly when trying to sign-in.

Please also check your junk/spam folder as our automated emails occasionally end up there.

If you still cannot find the email, please open a support ticket and one of our friendly support team will be happy to help.
