How do I redeem a website purchase in the app?

In this article we will show you how to activate your Premium subscription after purchasing Certo AntiSpy for Android via our website.

If you purchased a Certo AntiSpy subscription via our website, you’ll need to link your account in the app to activate your Premium features. Follow the steps below to redeem your purchase.

Note: Make sure you have access to the email address you used when making your purchase, as you’ll need it to receive a sign-in code.

Steps to Redeem Your Subscription

  1. Open the Certo AntiSpy app on your device.
  2. Navigate to the Help section.
  3. Tap Link Account.

  1. Enter the email address you provided at the time of purchase and tap Submit.

  1. Check your email for your sign-in code.

  1. Return to the Certo AntiSpy app, enter your 6-digit code and tap Submit.

  1. Your subscription is now activated and you’ll have access to Premium features.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues during this process:

  • Ensure you’re using the exact email address you provided at purchase.
  • Ensure you have an active subscription to Certo AntiSpy in your Certo account.
  • If you don’t receive your sign-in code, check your junk/spam folder.
  • Make sure you’re entering the 6-digit code exactly as received.
  • Contact our support team if the code doesn’t arrive within 10 minutes or if you encounter any other issues.
