How do I cancel my subscription?

In this article we will show you how to cancel your Certo subscription.

You may cancel your Certo AntiSpy subscription at any time by logging in to your Certo Account. After cancelling your subscription, your license will not automatically renew but you can continue to use Certo AntiSpy until your license expires.

Follow these steps to cancel your subscription:

  1. Access your Certo account. If you need your login details, we emailed these to you just after purchase.
  2. Go to ‘My Subscription’.
  3. Click ‘Cancel auto-renew’.
