How do I cancel my subscription?

In this article we will show you how to cancel your Certo AntiSpy for Android subscription.

You may cancel your Certo subscription at any time. After cancelling your subscription, you can continue to use Premium features until the end of your current billing cycle, but your subscription will no longer automatically renew.

The cancellation method depends on how you purchased your subscription:

If you purchased directly in the app

Follow these steps to cancel your subscription:

  1. Open the Play Store app on your Android device.

  1. Tap the profile icon.

  1. Tap Payments & subscriptions.

  1. Tap Subscriptions.

  1. Select Certo.

  1. Tap Cancel subscription.

If you purchased via our website

Follow these steps to cancel your subscription:

  1. Log in to your Certo account.

  1. Go to Subscriptions.

  1. Click Cancel auto-renew.
